As the Design and Build team for an apartment block located in a designated conservation area in Central Reading we oversaw every aspect of the project, from initial design to final handover. Incorporating retained heritage elements into the new build, we collaborated with expert architects and designers allowed us to blend old and new. The apartment block was constructed using a steel frame and with brick cladding. Additionally works included a car park and associated highways works.
