The site itself presented a range of early stage infrastructure challenges. To enable safe and effective site access, we delivered both a temporary and a new permanent access road, designed not only for construction logistics, but to ensure ongoing convenience and safety for neighbouring residents and visitors. These works were executed with care, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding community.

The project also included the installation of traditional strip foundations and a comprehensive on-site drainage system, laying the groundwork for robust, long lasting homes.
